Terms of Service

Placeholder legal text — replace with your final Terms reviewed by a lawyer before launch.

1. Age requirement

OME (free-ome.com) is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. By starting a video chat you confirm that you are 18 or older.

2. Conduct

Nudity, sexual content, violence, harassment, hate speech, spam and advertising are not allowed. Do not record, publish or share other people's image without their consent. Breaking these rules can result in an immediate and permanent block.

3. Camera and microphone

OME needs access to your camera (and, during a call, your microphone) to connect you with another person. Video and audio are sent directly between participants over an encrypted peer-to-peer connection and are not recorded by the service.

4. Privacy

Conversations are moderated to keep the service safe: a frame of the video may be sampled periodically and reviewed by a moderator, and reports are stored together with the IP addresses of the people involved for moderation purposes. We keep this data only as long as needed for safety. We do not sell personal data.
